Before we get there, we want to share how we realized the power of Yoga for ourselves.
The many different practices that we have to keep up with for optimal health frustrated us:
Movement.
Stretching.
Balance.
Agility.
Meditation.
Mindset training.
It exhausted us.
So we gave Power Yoga a shot and immediately fell in love with it.
As busy people, we knew that, if Power Yoga could help us this well, it could do the same for everyone.
So we opened a studio, Hot Yoga Healthy You in Temecula, CA, to share our passion with more people.
And we're proud to say we've now helped hundreds of members in Temecula find that same passion.
But there's one problem:
We can only help the people in Temecula.
What about the person in Florida who struggles with a fitness routine?
Or the stay-at-home mother in Los Angeles who can only find time to work out before her kids wake up?
Or the college student in Boston who's heard about the power of Yoga but can't afford a $100+ membership a month?
It can't be held back by class schedules.

We believe everyone can practice positivity, productivity, health, and happiness.

We tend to separate and compartmentalize each one.
Then, when stress happens, we only focus on using one of these buckets to resolve it.
And what happens when you compartmentalize?
You begin to focus your efforts to improve in one area and start to decline in another.
You begin to work out, but you’re not really motivated to work out, so you stop.
And because you stop, you get depressed because you didn’t follow through on your commitment.
This results in feelings of a lack of accomplishment and stress.
So you listen to self-help books or go to therapy to improve your confidence.
But then you ignore your physical health.
Which then leads to a lack of energy.
Which then leads to a lethargic lifestyle.
Which then leads to physical aches and pains.
You yo-yo back and forth.
It’s a vicious cycle.
You need a system that helps you improve everything all at once - your mind, body, and purpose.
